We have over 30 different floor plans to choose from!  All of our templates are designed and owned by us. Once a floor plan is chosen, its sent to our architect for professional formatting including elevations, electrical layouts, measurements etc.. These plans are all fully customizable for our clients. We can also work with you one on one to build your very own unique floor plan!
